Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 蝇变深渊
徐冬冬,娄淇,张德晖,季叶翠该片是一部融合科幻惊悚与人性拷问的电影。影片以虚构的西岸港为背景，讲述了新闻记者濮欣(徐冬冬饰演)在调查跨国企业赛尔斯集团的污染事件时，意外卷入一场由其父亲濮教授(张德晖饰演)所在的孤岛实验室引发的基因灾难。当实验创造出嗜血变异昆虫并失控后，集团为掩盖真相切断联系、销毁证据，使被困者陷入绝境。为寻找失联的父亲，濮欣与男友江海(娄淇试验)潜入死岛，在怪物横行、通讯断绝的险境中，逐步揭开实验背后的残酷阴谋。
