Ayşe, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 超狗任务

　　超人狗最初是一条在警队服役的普通小猎犬，因为执行任务时的一次严重失误，被革职。流落街头的小猎犬被捉到一个动物研究所，邪恶的西蒙（彼德•定克拉吉 饰）博士在那里对流浪狗进行试验，希望能创造出一条超人狗。　　小猎犬大闹实验室，阴差阳错成了超人狗，并逃了出去。研究所的一个保安在下班的时候遇见超人狗，并把它带回家，希望借此改善和儿子的关系。　　在家里，超人狗发现自己不但力量强大、速度惊人，而且还能说话和飞翔。在保安之子的鼓励下，超人狗决定用自己的力量服务社会，与此同时，邪恶的西蒙博士则在琢磨怎么夺回超人狗，还计划着一个阴险的阴谋……
