本片改编自寄田みゆき创作的同名漫画。伊藤早奈是一个可爱的女高中生，生活充满了快乐，但从未体验过恋爱的感觉。因为车祸住院的早奈，在医院里被一个非常漂亮的女生吸引了。于是，一段青涩甜蜜的恋爱开始了！

　　校园里的一场大冒险演变成了都市传说。当青少年们召唤“蓝宝宝”时，某种东西回应了他们。这场游戏蔓延开来，留下的是悲伤和私语。阻止它意味着要面对第一次召唤，以及被召唤的代价。
